Below is a list of some of our most common standard style items
Regular Slotted Carton (RSC) - is our
most common box style made from a one piece blank in which
the outer flaps meet at the center of the box. It is a highly
efficient & economical box to manufacture.
Full Overlap Carton (F.O.L.) - also made
from a one piece blank, its outer flaps overlap the full width
of the box. Its is ideal for boxes with relatively narrow
widths.
Five Panel Wrap (F.P.W.) - Is a one piece
blank with five panels. Ideal for long and /or narrow products.
Telescoping Top & Bottom - This Item is
made of two pieces one body and one lid. This item is shipped
flat and can be assembled using staples, tape, or adhesive.
Cut Out Wrapper (COW) - This style is
created from a one piece blank with the corners cut out. The
outer flaps usually meet in the middle. This item is ideal
for thin objects such as pictures.
Pads - We can
provide you with any pad size requested. Ideal for protection
and separating product.
Partitions - Slotted
pads interlock to create cells and separate product. Ideal for
fragile items.
MEASURING
Without exception the size of a corrugated box is expressed
by three dimensions. Length, then Width, then Height (depth).
These measurements indicate the inside Dimensions of the box.
Length - is the larger dimension of the boxes opening.
Width - is the smaller dimension of the boxes opening.
Height - Is the dimension perpendicular to the opening
